Of course, you should be armed with the weapon of your level, and the character's level should change when the user's level does. Maybe if you kill someone, you could pick up their weapon, maybe even take on their level in-game?
I always figured that it wouldn't be fair for the bbs users that don't care to deposit, although all the level weapons would be in the (supposed) game. So yeah, your idea is good about killing people and swiping their weapons, but No level system, I mean it's intended to be a arcade-ish brawler.
